Healing teas can be a great addition to your wellness routine and are a great way to start and end the day - for both relaxation and inner wellness.
These are a few with proven benefits for not only skin health, but have many other benefits. Because I have been a sufferer of chronic digestive and skin inflammation/acne over the past 15 years, I have learned quite a lot about which herbs work best, and how to incorporate them into a simple daily routine.
